Retained to assist in the adaptive reuse of the Y’s Jewell Street location and the relocation of its metro offices and downtown facility. The study included the creation of a master plan, a national RFQ and RFP process, selection and negotiation. The end product is the creation of a mixed-use project valued at $117 million that will include 200 condominiums, 100 apartments, retail and garage. The relocation will of the 40,000 square feet of downtown requirements will be in the renovated Civic Center (Hartford 21) for a twenty-year lease.
