A public company was seeking to increase earnings and optimize real estate asset utilization. Many properties were candidates for separation strategies, and many were less understood as they were acquired in recent vigorous merger activity. Senior management needed to assess values and opportunities to impact EPS for a portfolio on 4 continents in 90 days.
