Dr. Marc Louargand Publishes Article on the Recovery

Bartram & Cochran affiliated consultant Dr. Marc Louargand's newest article: Are We There Yet? was recently published in the prestious RICS Property World Magazine. In the article, Marc cautions that even while the rest of the economy appears to be recovering, the commercial real estate market will likely lag behind. He makes a detailed analysis of this recovery in the context of the global recession, past recoveries, and the many factors that will likely impact future events as they related to commercial real estate.
